Pam Frasco Acknowledged with 2025 Pro Sports Assembly Jason Jenkins “Victory for Humanity” Award
CLEVELAND – Rock Entertainment Group and Cleveland Cavaliers Vice President of Social Impact & Equity and Executive Director of the Cavs Foundation, Pam Frasco has received the prestigious Jason Jenkins “Victory for Humanity” Award as part of Pro Sports Assembly’s 2025 Medal of Leadership Awards. Pam will be honored on June 17, 2025, at The Assembly: Pro Sports Leadership Retreat and Workshop.

The Jason Jenkins “Victory for Humanity” Award was created in honor of Jason Jenkins, the late Senior Vice President of Communications and Community Affairs for the Miami Dolphins and a founding member of PRO, serving on the Governing Board as the Chair of Communications. Jason epitomized inclusive leadership, unifying people in sport and in the community.
“Jason was a unifier who led with empathy, purpose and a deep commitment to lifting others. His legacy reminds us of the power of sport to connect and heal,” said Elizabeth Jenkins, Jason’s wife and executive chair of the Dolphins Cancer Challenge. “Pam reflects that same spirit. Through her work with the Cavaliers and Project NICU, she channels her platforms into meaningful action by building community, opening doors for others and carrying forward the kind of impact Jason so passionately championed.”
“For 20 years, Pam has been a driving force across Northeast Ohio and professional sports, leading our Community Relations team with exceptional dedication and vision. Her steadfast commitment to our enterprise and her tireless advocacy through Project NICU—a nonprofit she founded to support families with children in neonatal intensive care—have delivered meaningful, lasting impact for our organization, the region and our community partners,” said Nic Barlage, Cleveland Cavaliers, Rock Entertainment Group and Rocket Arena CEO. “Pam’s work serves as a true embodiment of our ‘For More than Profit’ philosophy, demonstrating the role that sports play in creating positive and sustained change in our region. We couldn’t be prouder of Pam for this distinguished industry recognition. We are grateful for her contributions and those of our Social Impact and Equity team.”
