As the Official Authentication and Memorabilia Partner of the Cleveland Cavaliers, The Realest will provide fans with the opportunity to own fully-authenticated pieces of Cavaliers history including game-used jerseys, basketballs, nets and more.
CLEVELAND – The Cleveland Cavaliers and The Realest, the leader in authenticated collectibles and memorabilia that fans can trust, own and trade, have announced a multiyear partnership, positioning the authentication platform as the “Official Authentication and Memorabilia Partner of the Cleveland Cavaliers” beginning with the 2025-26 NBA season.
The partnership will see the Cavaliers work closely with The Realest to elevate the fan experience, both inside and outside Rocket Arena, by building a modern, trusted ecosystem and marketplace featuring game-used and player-connected items such as jerseys, basketballs, nets and more.
“Cavs fans are among the most loyal and passionate in the league. Partnering with The Realest strengthens our relentless commitment to delivering the best possible experience every time they enter Rocket Arena and connect with our team,” said Chris Kaiser, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for the Cleveland Cavaliers and Rock Entertainment Group. “This platform builds greater confidence in the memorabilia our fans cherish and deepens their connection to the Cavs through new, authenticated touchpoints with the players and moments they care about most.”
Collected directly from the source and authenticated via The Realest’s witness-based and tamper-proof TRuEST™ authentication system, Cavs fans will have an entirely new way to engage with the team while feeling confident that every item purchased is 100 percent genuine.
“The city of Cleveland is home to some of the most passionate fans in all of sports, and we are honored to help bring them closer to the Cavaliers by preserving and distributing important pieces of team history,” said Scott Keeney (aka DJ Skee), The Realest Founder and CEO. “Our goal is to offer a wide array of memorabilia and increase access to collectibles by curating items for both seasoned collectors and everyday fans, and we already have some incredible items in our initial collection that we know Cavs fans will love.”
The initial collection of authenticated Cavs memorabilia is set to launch in March and will include items curated from the Cavs January 28 game against the Los Angeles Lakers, as well as items from James Harden’s Rocket Arena debut on February 11. All items will be available at Rocket Arena, on the Cavs “Center Court” Team Shop channels and via TheRealest.com.
Authentic Cavs memorabilia will continue to be collected throughout the remainder of the regular season and into the postseason, and future collections will be introduced on a rolling basis.
