REG operates and manages Rocket Arena, Cleveland Clinic Global Peak Performance Center, Meet Me Here Plaza and Cleveland Clinic Courts in Independence, Ohio. In partnership with Bedrock Cleveland, REG is growing downtown Cleveland’s experiential economy through an expanding portfolio of development projects, including Rock Block, Cosm Cleveland and a newly announced outdoor amphitheater. These efforts extend to Detroit as well, with Cosm Detroit and additional mixed-use entertainment opportunities underway.

Allison joined the Cavaliers in 2024 as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, where she was responsible for driving corporate and ticket sales revenue, operations and strategy, fan experience and youth sports programming. Under her commercial leadership, the Cavaliers achieved a third consecutive record-breaking ticketing year in 2025-26, extending their 196-game sellout streak. Allison also produced the highest corporate partnership revenue in Cavaliers’ history, and she helped secure a 25-year extension with the Cleveland Clinic to extend the relationship to 59 total years, one of the longest partnerships in professional sports. Her work in partnerships contributed greatly to the Cavaliers winning the 2026 NBA Partnership of the Year Award for their one-of-a-kind partnership with Redfin. She championed HIPP, an ultra-premium club inside Rocket Arena, which sold out before opening and generated $2M in new revenue, winning the 2026 NBA Sales & Service Premium Experience of the Year Award and significantly contributing to the Cavaliers being named the 2025–26 NBA Team of the Year for outstanding achievement in business, community and culture. As President of Business Operations for the Cleveland Sirens, she secured almost 9,000 initial payments before its public brand launch.

Building on her extensive background of over twenty years of experience in the sports industry, Allison notably served as the first president of the National Women’s Soccer League’s Kansas City (KC) Current, a role she assumed in 2022. While there, she spearheaded all business operations, revenue streams and culture development. Her achievements included securing naming rights for the first soccer stadium purpose-built for a professional women’s team, as well as for the training center and front-of-kit sponsorships. Additionally, she significantly boosted corporate partnership revenue by over 300% and successfully sold out all season tickets and premium hospitality options.

Prior to her tenure with the KC Current, Allison spent over a decade with the NBA’s Los Angeles (LA) Lakers in leadership positions within their corporate partnerships division. There, she led the team’s revenue generation and implemented innovative approaches to brand development and reporting. Allison was instrumental in closing the team’s most successful partnerships and led the organization’s corporate partnership strategy, surpassing $450 million in revenue. This included the naming rights partnership for the training facility, multiple jersey patch partnerships and international growth strategy.

Allison currently serves on the boards of Cleveland’s Westside Market and Providence House. She previously served on the Women in Sports and Entertainment (WISE) LA board for 10 years, where she was recognized as a Woman of Inspiration. In 2026, she was also recognized by Crain’s Cleveland as a Woman of Influence. She holds a degree from the University of Dayton and currently resides in Northeast Ohio, with her husband, Jeremy and two sons, Ronan and Crosby.
